This week Localtime folded nine restaurants and cafés into the Bangkok map. A few opened in the past month; others have been pouring coffee or firing steaks since early 2026 and only now carry a full listing. Start east, under BTS On Nut. The Clucker (Maps, Instagram) sits at 2003/2 Sukhumvit Road, corner of Soi 77, and turns out Nashville hot chicken — a brioche sando at B220 and a spice scale that climbs to Cluck Me!. Confirm hours on Instagram before you go; the bathroom doubles as a disco once the lights drop.

A short hop along Sukhumvit 67, Hands and Heart Coffee Roasters (Maps, Instagram) reopened at 14 Sukhumvit 67 Alley with house-roasted single origins and a Giesen on the floor. Shelves of print line the walls. It runs Thursday to Monday, 10:00–17:00, and stays closed Tuesday and Wednesday — ideal before a late lunch further west.

North at Chatuchak, Norman’s Collective (Maps, Instagram) sits in Room 9 near the red building — MRT Kamphaeng Phet Exit 1. Half clothing studio, half café, it pours burnt coconut water from Ban Phaeo Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00–18:00, and rests Monday and Tuesday.

In Ratchathewi, STOCKROOM (Maps, Instagram) occupies 119/80 Soi Phetchaburi 18 for coffee and brunch. Weekdays run 08:30–17:00; weekends 09:00–17:30. Order oats cups for the table or for delivery and stay on the quiet soi off the main road.
