The Bell Paris opened at 8 Place Marguerite de Navarre in the 1st, under the Canopée des Halles, as a pub from Felipe Da Silva and Stanislas Denet that runs 11:00 to 01:00, seven days.
The little-known fact is the cheese: cauliflower and onion pakoras are finished with Ossau-Iraty, and a Mumbai rarebit carries cheddar and vadouvan. Scottish designer Jim Hamilton built the wood, leather, marble and tinted mirrors; Da Silva trained at the Peninsula, Prince de Galles and the Ritz before writing a British-Indian menu on French poultry.
Sortir à Paris filed the opening in its 2026 new-restaurants guide. @thebellparis is the live camera for hours. The counter is why you go; Les Halles is why it feels like Paris.
