Doobie's

Doobie’s occupies a discreet spot off the Champs-Élysées and is celebrated for its hybrid concept—part contemporary restaurant, part lively bar. Known as a legendary haunt since 1938, it now reemerges after a long hiatus, spanning a spacious 450 square meters redesigned by architect Arnaud Behzadi. The décor is modern yet intimate, with lighting and soundscapes complementing its dual personality.

The kitchen leans into French-inspired sharing plates and elevated classics, from omelette with sea urchin to vitello tonnato and large-format meats. Dessert offerings include churros, cheesecake, and baba au rhum. After dinner, DJs and live music keep the energy high through the second seating and until 2 a.m., making it a destination where both dining and nightlife mix seamlessly in the 8th arrondissement.
