Crocus opened at 20 Rue Orfila in the 20th in spring 2026, a seasonal French bistro from Louis Chaulet — ex-Divellec, then Pantagruel with Jason Gouzy — with Baumann chairs, a casson floor and a pale room a short walk from Père-Lachaise.
The little-known fact is the length of the card: three starters, three mains, two desserts at night, a single lunch menu, so the kitchen can change with the market instead of padding a carte. Zucchini velouté, confit beef with artichoke purée, sea bream and peas. Time Out listed it among nine new summer 2026 restaurants on 18 July. Not the older Crocus in the 14th.
@crocus.paris is the live camera. The short menu is why you go; Orfila is why it feels like Paris.
