BẾP opened in May 2026 at 49 Rue Marguerite de Rochechouart in the 9th, a family Vietnamese canteen from Antoine Nguyen in the kitchen with Marie Nguyen and Émilien Quemener of Sobremesa as partners — bếp means kitchen, and the room is built around that word rather than a tasting-menu fortress.

The little-known fact is the split service: grilled cơm tấm (pork shoulder, chicken thigh or coconut-milk mushrooms) at lunch for about sixteen to twenty-one euros, then sharing seafood and grill platters after dark, under sand-colored drapes and a family altar at the back.
