Anne-Sophie Pic Paris opens in two beats at the Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain, 2 Place du Palais-Royal in the 1st, with an entrance on Rue de Rivoli: the Utopic cocktail bar on 4 September 2026, then the restaurant on 18 September, in Jean Nouvel’s new rooms opposite the Louvre.

The little-known fact is Imprégnation. Pic’s cooking builds flavour in layers, braiding memory and emotion, and she is moving here after closing La Dame de Pic on Rue du Louvre — a short walk, a new house. The Fondation wants the table to be a living part of the building, not a museum café; traces of the exhibitions are meant to pass through the plates. @annesophiepic is the live camera for hours. The glass façade on Rue de Rivoli is why the 1st still feels like a street that was built to be looked at.
