Launched by TATA Eatery, Solis on Kingly Street brings the spirit of Latin American parrilla to Soho, celebrating grilled chicken and steak above all. Formerly a hit at Arcade, it now stands alone with its own spot just off Carnaby.
The menu borrows flavours from both sides of the Atlantic—Spain, Portugal, Uruguay, and Argentina—with an approach that favours straightforward cooking over embellishment. While poultry and beef are centre stage, there's mention of an expanded selection compared to its residency days. The result is a casual restaurant rooted in simplicity and the wood-fired traditions of the parrilla grill.
