At Prince Arthur’s new Chelsea address, Basque-born head chef Adam Iglesias helms a kitchen purpose-built for his signature grill cooking. Iglesias draws on his heritage and experience from top London establishments and Michelin-level kitchens abroad. The bespoke charcoal grill acts as the heart of the space, with a menu rooted in Basque tradition and a strong emphasis on quality British and European produce, including an in-house seafood counter, meat and fish dry-aged on site, and even Prince Arthur’s own caviar.
Upstairs, the Chelsea Music Bar nods to the intimacy of Tokyo’s listening bars, featuring late-night cocktails, vinyl, and curated live performances. With dining on the ground floor and a cocktail and live music scene above, the venue distinguishes itself as both a chef-led Basque restaurant and a nocturnal destination in Chelsea’s neighbourhood.
