A distinctive feature at Latine is the way its four floors each adopt their own identity, shaped by designer Victoria Vogel. The ground floor sets a relaxed tone with limewashed walls, a marble-fronted crudo bar, and decorative tiling hinting at the seafood-led menu. As you move upstairs, the setting becomes more intimate: La Candela’s candlelit salon contrasts with El Cielo, a private dining room wrapped in a hand-painted mural beneath exposed beams.

The kitchen’s menu weaves between French and Latin American influences. Highlights include sea bream tiradito with coconut leche de tigre, red prawn ceviche with mango and yuzu, and French snails reimagined with chimichurri butter, served with brioche. Mains such as ribeye steak with chimichurri Béarnaise and bouillabaisse with ají panca rouille continue the cross-continental theme. Below, the basement turns to velvet and brass, designed for lingering into the night.
