Guests watch as Endo Kazutoshi prepares each course, bringing together the varied influences and skills built across his career as a third-generation sushi chef. His constantly changing menu is devised nightly at the chef’s whim, focusing on precise technique and the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship.

The restaurant occupies the former home of Five Fields and features a hi-fi listening bar, Moga, located upstairs. Access to Moga is currently limited to omakase diners, though reservations for the listening bar are expected to open separately. Endo Chelsea’s strict reservations system and months-long waiting list reflect high demand from London’s sushi enthusiasts, many following the chef from his previous locations. This venue marks a new beginning for Endo in London, bringing his hallmark personalised service to a focused Chelsea audience.
