Downstairs, the mood shifts to a low-lit, honky-tonk-inspired speakeasy, distinguished by what is billed as London’s largest Old Fashioned menu. Cocktails here are built on Doghouse’s own grain-to-bottle spirits, with five taps pouring Guinness, cider, and local beers. Toasties, charcuterie, cheese and ploughman’s boards, and salads make up the food offering—including gluten-free and vegan choices.
