The restaurant is set up for flexibility. Parties of up to seven can dine à la carte, while groups of up to twenty in the AL BANCO space are offered a seasonal menu designed for sharing. For larger occasions, a buyout accommodates around 115 guests, positioning Carmelina’s as equally suited to intimate dinners or private events.
