Birchwood - The Conduit

Birchwood – The Conduit marks the London debut of Will Devlin, whose Kent restaurants have gained attention for their commitment to local sourcing and seasonality. Set inside The Conduit club in Covent Garden but open to all, Birchwood trades on a straightforward approach, running as a café by day and a wine bar through the evening.

Devlin’s menu highlights sustainable British produce, with a focus on ingredient-led, seasonal plates. Much of what’s served draws from nearby suppliers and farms, building on the ethos Devlin developed in his previous projects. While connected to The Conduit’s members' space, the restaurant is open to the public, making it accessible for both a morning coffee or an after-work glass of wine in Covent Garden. The all-day format promises flexibility, whether for a casual breakfast, lunch, or evening social spot.
