Müdavim’s Serhat Bora Sarısu filed the terrace in August 2026 — it is the lead card on Yeni Açılanlar. The Maestro sits on Meclis-i Mebusan, away from Karaköy’s crush; from the roof the Historic Peninsula and the Bosphorus open in a wide angle, with Mimar Sinan University below. Red decorative work and a large chandelier meet you at the lift. The kitchen is modern Anatolian rather than hotel international. Vedat Milor sat the room and wrote that they take the Turkish classics seriously instead of hiding behind the view.

Galataport’s hotel-terrace wave put several geography-led kitchens on this coastal strip. Lina is the one on The Maestro’s roof, not inside the cruise terminal. Fındıklı sits between Tophane and Kabataş; the tables look over the road rather than a mall atrium. Müdavim listed the bill as ₺₺₺; reservations help at weekends.

Cold plates lead with Kuru Başı Biber Muhammara, zeytinyağlı vişneli yaprak sarma, İstanbul salatası and kitel-haşlama içli köfte. The soup is dana ilik suyu. From the fire: keşkek, dana kaburga, kuzu tandır, and some mains sized for two. The official card also lists smoked eggplant mutabal at €12, hummus with pastrami, warm butter and pine nuts at €14, Aegean sea bass marin at €18, slow-cooked lamb shank with Anatolian spices and smoked wheat at €32, and wood-fired octopus with fava and caramelized onions at €28.
