Tiftik

Tiftik is the Caddebostan outpost of the Ankara burger shop, set in the seaside fabric of Kadıköy at Caddebostan, Kadıköy, Istanbul.

The card leans on gourmet burgers and sandwiches with a short line of desserts that carry a clearer pastry hand than a standard fast counter, so the room bridges street-food speed and a slightly more finished plate without turning into a full restaurant service. Caddebostan’s evening walkers supply the natural rhythm.

Oggusto filed the opening, and tiftikstreetfood on Instagram is the live camera for hours and daily notes. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
