Thin Pizza is a thin-crust pizzeria in Sarıyer, working from an address in Sarıyer itself where the northern Bosphorus shore still keeps a neighborhood scale and quieter residential streets replace the denser restaurant strips farther south.

No chef biography travels with the launch notes, so the room’s identity rests on the dough: a deliberately thin base built for modern Italian toppings, light enough for Sarıyer’s cooler hills and paced for diners who treat pizza as part of a longer walk rather than a loud night out.
