Seoul Kitchen
At Bomontiada in Şişli, Seoul Kitchen channels Korean street-food energy through neon light and a kitchen that settled from pop-up roots into a permanent counter.

Seoul Kitchen occupies a corner of the Bomontiada complex in Bomonti, Şişli, where the former brewery yards have become a dense strip of kitchens, galleries, and late tables under industrial brick and open sky.
The room runs on street-food voltage rather than white-table formality: neon signage, quick-fire Korean plates, and a counter rhythm that still carries the urgency of its earlier pop-up life. Bomonti’s after-work and weekend traffic gives the place its particular density, the kind of neighborhood spill that turns a small East Asian kitchen into a local habit without sanding off the spice or the speed.
Oggusto filed the opening, and the kitchen’s Instagram at seoulkitchentr serves as the live camera for hours and whatever is moving that night. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
