Ruuz is a cocktail bar on the Kalamış waterfront in Kadıköy, built around a drinks-led evening and light accompaniments at Kalamış, Kadıköy, Istanbul.

The counter sets the room’s hierarchy: glassware and ice work come before plate noise, and the list favors original builds over reprint classics, with small savory sides meant to steady a second round rather than replace dinner elsewhere along the marina strip.

Oggusto filed the opening, and the Instagram handle ruuzkalamis is the live camera for hours. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
