Paparino Pizza operates inside Akmerkez in Etiler, Beşiktaş, placing a wood-fired pizzeria on the shopping-center floor rather than on a street frontage, in a neighborhood where mall dining still carries serious evening traffic.

The kitchen holds to stone-oven pizza and a short list of Italian classics, the kind of menu built for families and post-shop tables as much as for pizza pilgrims. What distinguishes the room is less a secret biography than the setting: a full oven program embedded in Akmerkez’s circuit, where the walk from parking or boutique to hot crust is measured in escalators, not alley turns, and the Beşiktaş side of the city absorbs it as a practical night out.

Oggusto filed the opening, and paparinopizza on Instagram is the live camera for hours and daily oven notes. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
