The concept favors extended hours over a fixed lunch identity: cocktails sit beside a kitchen that keeps plating after most neighborhood tables have cleared, and weekend seatings tighten as the waterfront fills. Kuruçeşme’s mix of waterside villas and road noise gives the room a deliberate after-dark pitch rather than a daytime café rhythm.
