Molino Cucina is a contemporary Italian dining room in Teşvikiye, set within the residential grain of Şişli and listed simply across Teşvikiye, Şişli, Istanbul.

The kitchen holds to fresh pasta and the quieter grammar of traditional Italian cooking, a composed answer to a neighborhood that already has enough noise after dark. Teşvikiye favors tables that stay steady rather than theatrical, and the room reads as built for that pace: clean service lines, pasta work that does not need a slogan, and a dining floor that leaves the street outside the glass.

Oggusto filed the opening, and the Instagram handle molinocucina is the live camera for hours and small changes in the service. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
