Mathilda’s Cocktail Bar now keeps an Etiler address in Beşiktaş, a second room for a project that first took shape on the Moda side of the city and has crossed the water with its bar program intact.

The Etiler outpost leans into cocktail work rather than a full dining brief: measured builds, a quieter luxury-district pace than the Asian side original, and a room scaled for conversation after dinner rather than a crowd crush. Without a named chef on the card, the identity sits with the bar team and the way the space borrows Moda’s late-night clarity for a neighborhood better known for polished lobbies than for independent counters.

Oggusto filed the opening, and mathildas.etiler on Instagram is the live camera for hours and what is pouring. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
