Giardin

Giardin is a contemporary restaurant in Beyoğlu’s Tomtom quarter, at Boğazkesen Caddesi No:65H, on the Karaköy-facing slope where galleries and workshops still share the same steep blocks.

The menu leans Mediterranean without locking into a single coastal cliché: starters stay light, mains keep a restrained portion logic, and the drinks list is built to follow the plate rather than dominate it. The Boğazkesen climb gives the room a through-draft of foot traffic between Tophane and the upper Pera streets, so service has to hold both early and late waves.

Oggusto recorded the opening, and giardinistanbul is the live camera for hours when the hill fills. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
