dekk akmerkez is a day-to-night room in Etiler, set inside Akmerkez at Etiler, Beşiktaş, Istanbul, where mall foot traffic meets a tighter evening crowd looking for drinks and small plates.

The place is new enough that the neighborhood still argues about the reservation rules, which is usually a sign the first sittings are landing. By day the draw is coffee; after dark the same address turns toward cocktails and street-led plates, a split schedule that only works if the bar and kitchen share discipline rather than merely sharing a counter.

Müdavim filed the opening, and @dekkistanbul is the live camera for hours and seatings. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
