Çil is a contemporary share-plate restaurant in the Moda pocket of Kadıköy, built around seasonal cooking and a natural-wine list at its address in Kadıköy, Istanbul.

The room favors small tables and a bar that reads the night rather than the lunch rush; plates arrive meant to be passed, with produce timed to the market week and wines chosen for texture over trophy labels, a quiet counterpoint to the denser dining strips closer to the ferry.
