Sarau opened in summer 2026 at Carrer de Tavern 11 in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi as a residency room: a different chef every couple of weeks, a tasting menu fixed at 85 euros, the current name posted on the house Instagram.

The little-known fact is the format. Barcelona already had chef takeovers inside hotels and one-night pop-ups; this is a numbered Sant Gervasi door whose whole brief is the rotation.
