Smør Bangkok

Smør Bangkok opened in March 2026 on Attha Kawi 1 Alley off Sukhumvit 26, Khlong Toei — a Nordic lunch room that butters its own culture and a dinner vinbar next door at Smør Studio. Friday to Sunday 11:00–15:00 is the lunch clock: cultured butter, seafood, a plate that wants a white. Wednesday to Monday from 18:00 the studio takes the same alley into wine and ice cream.

The little-known fact is the split personality is on purpose — lunch is @smorbkk, dinner is @smor_studio, one alley, two Instagrams, so the butter doesn’t have to pretend it is a night menu. Friday Bangkok filed both rooms on the March 2026 list.
