Mantri Tylixto takes the ethos and famed meat of the longstanding Mantri taverna—founded by the Karainthrou family in 1977 by the foothills of Ymittos—and adapts them for everyday, handheld street food. What was once a destination known for grilled lamb, mutton, and rustic escapes now manifests as a down-to-earth, easy stop in Terpsithea, Glyfada, focused on high-quality souvlaki, skewers, kebab, and burgers.

Despite the quick-service format, the dedication to sourcing and tradition remains. The menu features pork and chicken skewers, house-made kebab, village sausage from Karditsa, and burgers—including a notable mutton patty, echoing the original's reputation. Kebab and skewers are served in fluffy pita with homemade tomato sauce; burgers may come on brioche with cheese mousse and caper mayo. Firmly rooted in a meat lover’s tradition but delivered with the ease and accessibility of modern street food, Mantri Tylixto brings a slice of Glyfada’s meaty heritage to a wider, everyday audience.
