Each portion is made to order and prepared in just five minutes, with ingredients sourced from both Greece and Italy.

The Alimos location opened September 2026 with a party and a one-day menu deal, joining a roster of Mailo’s outposts that have made quick, customizable pasta cups familiar across Athens. From lunch breaks to late-night snacks, fresh pasta is served in handy portions—emphasizing speed, variety, and a playful street-food philosophy adapted to the Greek urban landscape.
