Trâmette

Trâmette opened in 2026 at 128 Rue Saint-Maur in the 11th, one door down from Priscilla Trâm’s restaurant Trâm 130: a wine-bar counter of Vietnamese small plates, deli sandwiches and a sit-up dinner, in a street Oberkampf still uses after dark.

The little-known fact is the hopscotch. Tiny tiles on the floor, globe lights, lacquered wood and twin mirrors — a glossy room Le Fooding’s Harry Gober called her new playground. He ate a stuffed tomato with sticky rice, pickled carrots and herbs, also sold as a baguette with aioli, capers and Thai basil. Lunch returns on 1 September; summer evenings run 18:30 to midnight.
