Tora Tora opened in 2026 at 1 Rue Villedo in the 1st, a takeaway window from Kunitoraya — the Palais-Royal udon house — next to the bistro and the sake bar, onigiri and bento to go, Tuesday to Saturday until five, Sunday until four.

The little-known fact is the name. Tora is the tiger; the window is the cub of the same kitchen that has been pouring udon on this street for years. Le Fooding listed it among the 2026 Paris openings. There is no dining room to book. You take the rice ball and walk toward the gardens.
