Rosie Jolie opened in April 2026 at 38 Avenue Raymond Poincaré, 75116, a few steps from Trocadéro, as the Trocadéro house of Brasseries à la Mode — Juliette Cerdan and Kevin Caradeuc, Big Mamma alumni, with chef Etienne Méot on a Niçoise carte. Two hundred and fifty seats, a terrace, rooms you can take over. Monday–Thursday 12:00–14:30 and 18:45–22:30, Friday and Saturday to 23:00, Sunday to 22:00. Book the terrace if the weather holds; the avenue is the 16th’s parade ground, and a Provençal villa that size fills before the second sitting.

The little-known fact is the split. Bigoudi on the tenth floor is a different door — the Eiffel-view rooftop is not this brasserie, and the house says so in bold. Down here the room is a Provençal villa: pissaladière, panisse with house aïoli, crisp aubergine with cumin yoghurt, a Provençal aïoli of cod with Charlotte potatoes, petits farcis niçois, linguine au pistou, Magret with a potato millefeuille.
