Retrouvailles opened in early March 2026 at 132 Rue Cardinet, 75017, in place of Le P’tit Musset, with Elsa Cardaliaguet and Thomas Maignel in the room and chef Jean-Marie Haslé on the stove. Lunch and dinner 12:00–14:30 and 19:00–00:00; closed Sunday. Phone 01 42 27 36 78. bistrot-retrouvailles.fr holds the book; @retrouvailles_bistrot is the live camera. Gault&Millau already put the 17th on its list. LesRestos filed the numbered street among the 2026 nouveautés. Cardinet is Batignolles rather than a destination strip: a young bistrot on a residential street, which is why the lunch menu exists.
The little-known fact is the lunch. Monday to Friday, 29 euros for three courses, so the Cardinet office crowd can sit the same room that takes a côte de veau for two at night. The carte moves with the season: eggs mayonnaise with horseradish rémoulade and crisp andouille; bone marrow with beef tartare; fish rillettes; seared scallops, spinach, dried pig cheek; braised leeks, gribiche, old Parmesan; pearl-barley risotto with mimolette and preserved lemon; smoked Duroc pork chop; beef fillet au poivre; satay cod; stuffed green-cabbage paleron; a grilled veal chop with béarnaise. Chocolate mousse; baba; crème caramel with smoked salted-butter caramel. Twenty-six to sixty-six euros à la carte.
The bistrot is why you go; Cardinet is why it feels like Paris.
