Quatorze

Quatorze opens in September 2026 at 14 Rue Mandar in the 2nd, a few numbers from Babi at 11: Jérémie Taché and Néo Guerin’s Southwest counter for the Sentier.

The little-known fact is the street. This is the third project on the same block. Babi already did the counter-and-wine work; Quatorze declines it in a Sud-Ouest register — tapas to share, seasonal product on short circuits, wines from small Southwest producers. The room is a comptoir, wood, bottles, a dining room you sit in rather than a white-tablecloth service. Number 14 is the new door; number 11 remains Babi.

Sortir à Paris filed the opening among the rentrée counters. @quatorze.mandar is the live camera for hours. The tapas are why you go; Rue Mandar is why it feels like Paris.
