Paris Bonheur opened in May 2026 at 10 Place du Maréchal Juin in the 17th, as Stéphane Manigold’s Belle Époque bistro — wood, mirrors, deep-green banquettes — with chef Nicolas Beaumann, two Michelin stars at his other restaurants, writing a generous bistrot carte.

The little-known fact is the house: Manigold already runs Contraste, Substance and the rest of the Groupe; Bonheur is the one you can book for lunch without a tasting menu. Tuesday to Saturday, midday and evening. Newtable filed it among the latest Paris openings.
