Nonno San opened at the end of August 2026 at 20 Rue Dauphine in the 6th, the fourth address from Groupe Kobo after Tsukizi, Shin Izakaya and Saku. Keita Sukeno and Victoria Luciano signed it: Italian cooking rooted in Calabrian recipes, executed with Japanese precision, from morning coffee through lunch and dinner. About seventy seats. The little-known fact is the name. Nonno is grandfather in Italian, a nod to Luciano’s Calabrian grandparents; San is the Japanese honorific, a nod to elders and transmission. Sukeno has said the next restaurant on Rue Dauphine would carry his wife and partner’s grandfather’s name. On the plate the house does not pile fusion effects: Italian classics and itameshi, two approaches in conversation through product and craft. kobofamily.com/nonno-san carries the booking.
Sortir à Paris filed the opening among the rentrée’s most watched Saint-Germain doors. The kitchen’s own Instagram is not yet the public handle — do not follow a namesake account in its place. The caffè-to-dinner card is why you go; Rue Dauphine is why it feels like Paris.
