Niní

Niní opened at 162 Avenue Parmentier in the 10th, a Franco-Italian bistro from Roman chef Fabio Massimo Liuzza and Victor Kalczuga, folded into a former Chinese restaurant they emptied and reset.

The little-known fact is the nickname: Niní is what some Italian regions call a child. Liuzza cooked in England, Denmark and at Le Grand Bain in Belleville; Kalczuga works the room and the wine after years in that trade. Vegetables lead; offal is not forgotten; evening service is built as four starters, three mains, four desserts, three to four plates a head.
