Néroli opened in April 2026 at 3 Rue Saint-Bernard, 75011, a Mediterranean cocktail bar and kitchen from Jean-Michel Schibeny and two friends out of Nice and Italy. Tuesday to Saturday 18:00–02:00; the kitchen runs 18:00–23:00. Closed lunches, Sundays and Mondays. Phone 09 74 73 56 86. nerolibar.fr is the house site; @nerolibar is the live camera. LesRestos filed the numbered street among the 2026 nouveautés — not Neroli Daylight Kitchen, a different door. Inside or terrace is the choice the handle keeps posting; Saint-Bernard is a Faubourg side street, close enough to Ledru-Rollin that the 11th already treats it as a night walk.

The little-known fact is the season on the board. Pissaladière; roasted breaded aubergine with black sesame and smoked yoghurt; French trout gravlax in brick pastry with mint yoghurt and lemon fennel; Puglia burrata with kadaïf, honey and walnut; cauliflower, feta, chickpea cream; beef daube with Parmigiano polenta; yellow chicken with za’atar; six-hour lamb with rosemary; grilled octopus, Kalamata olives, roast grenaille, sumac; saffron risotto with butternut. Pavlova with labneh; Valrhona fondant. Twenty-five to forty-five euros. The cocktails keep a Mediterranean accent — a gin smash with basil, mint, rocket and yellow Chartreuse is the one the handle keeps posting.

The terrace on Saint-Bernard is why you go; the 11th is why it feels like Paris.
