Opened 17.06.26·one of the new restaurants in Paris 2026
Miett opened around 17 June 2026 at 68 Rue de Belleville in the 20th, a sandwich counter from Marius Bernini and Alfred Drevon, both ex-Ventrus, who doubled down on a proper jambon-beurre instead of an imported sandwich trend.
The little-known fact is the ham: they cure it in-house, which is still rare in Paris, and the bread is a Mamiche demi-baguette. Scratched stone and raw pine. Lunch Monday–Saturday; Thursday–Saturday also 18:00–23:00. Time Out put it among nine new summer 2026 restaurants on 18 July.
@miett_sandwicherie is the live camera. The baguette is why you go; Rue de Belleville is why it feels like Paris.
