Mégie opened in summer 2026 at 2 ter Quai de la Mégisserie in the 1st, a hybrid botanical canteen, plant shop and floral workshop from Anne-Sophie Labruyère and Emmanuelle Tonnellier, friends who met ten years ago at Claude Quinquaud and spent six years getting the quay door open.
The little-known fact is the name of the street: mégisserie is the old tanners’ trade on this Seine sidewalk, and Hamesha Studio hung a garden from the ceiling above a long communal table so lunch still feels like a greenhouse. Wednesday–Sunday 10:00–18:00; lunch 12:00–14:00; evenings tilt toward private events. Sortir walked it in late July. megieparis.com is the house site.
The hanging garden is why you go; the quay is why it feels like Paris.
