Madame Rêve

The new restaurant at Hôtel Madame Rêve opens in early September 2026 at 48 Rue du Louvre in the 1st, in the rooms that were Kitchen: Tom Meyer as consulting chef beside Benjamin Six, the hotel’s executive chef, a French table meant to sit alongside La Plume and the ROOF.

The little-known fact is the return. Meyer opened Granite in this same arrondissement in 2021 before the first star; he now consults from La Chèvre d’Or in Èze while Six holds the Paris pass. Work through August turns the old post-office rooms over. Sortir à Paris and Gault&Millau both filed the handover. @madamereve is the live camera for hours; the façade on Rue du Louvre is still the old Hôtel des Postes, which is why the 1st still feels like a machine for mail and dinner.

The consulting pass is why you go; Rue du Louvre is why it feels like Paris.
