Le CiNey

Le CiNey opened in 2026 at 126–128 Boulevard Ney in the 18th, in the old Bricorama: a 1,500-square-metre hybrid of two cinemas, a cooperative grocery (La Mouzaïk), a restaurant, a shared kitchen (La Cocotte, with the Salvation Army foundation) and a Mission Locale desk for 16-to-25-year-olds. The Ville de Paris marked the door for 29 April; the cinema rooms started on 29 May.

The little-known fact is the brief. This is not a hotel restaurant and not a chain. It is a neighbourhood cinema that also cooks, on the Clignancourt–Saint-Ouen edge of the 18th, built around three hubs: culture, better eating, and professional insertion. EatFilm, the first documentary festival focused on gastronomy, sat here in June. Restaurant hours on the first card are Wednesday to Monday 10:00–23:00, Sunday 10:30–20:30. Sortir à Paris filed the room among the rentrée addresses that had actually opened. @le.ciney is the live camera for hours. The hybrid is why you go; Boulevard Ney is why it feels like Paris.
