Gasolio opens in early September 2026 at 9 bis Cour des Petites Écuries in the 10th, one door into the courtyard from Red Sauce: Lucas Fauroux and Guillaume Nivet’s Italo-American annex, a vintage micro-room that opens entirely onto the cobbles.

The little-known fact is the name on the pumps. Gasolio is Italian for diesel — the room is dressed as a petrol station by art director Olivier Léone and Rodaa Studio, a joke that only works because the pizza is serious. Slices to eat standing, a wine-bar atmosphere inside-outside on summer nights, then a tighter formula when autumn arrives. Newtable filed it among the rentrée’s most watched counters; the mother house next door still does the deep-dish that made the courtyard famous.
