Fellows Saint-Germain

Fellows Saint-Germain opened in May 2026 at 2 Rue Félibien in the 6th, the left-bank sister of the Faubourg Saint-Denis pasta room, with chef Mehdi Favri on homemade vegetarian pasta from noon to 23:00, seven days a week.

The little-known fact is the counter: a long aluminium bar, solid wood and pale yellow chairs, a Carré Saint-Germain room that used to change hands every three years and now holds a €35 set menu and truffle pasta that the neighborhood already orders by name.
