Fat Belly opened in July 2026 at 57 Rue Charlot in the 3rd, a café-restaurant that reads as a rotisserie first and a noodle room second, in a street the Marais still uses as a weekday thoroughfare.
The little-known fact is the name: fat belly is the cut, the crispy pork that sits beside char siu and Peking duck on a short board written for lunch and dinner. Noodles are pulled the old way; mango sticky rice is the one dessert they bother to defend. Newtable filed it among the latest Paris openings. Soft service ran through summer; from 1 September the room takes midday and evening.
@fatbelly.paris is the live camera for hours. The rotisserie is why you go; Rue Charlot is why it feels like Paris.
