Eupatoria 5 opened at 5 Rue d’Eupatoria in the 20th, in Ménilmontant, inside the rooms that held Eva Pritsky for almost forty years.

The little-known fact is the library: Eva’s books and the Javault gallery works stayed on the walls, so the new Greek bistro is a continuation rather than a wipe. Basile Eidel, who ran Boucan in Belleville and appeared on Top Chef 2026, writes shrimp flambéed with Grand Marnier, octopus with toum, tarama with Kalamata olives; Hakim Lainceur pours only biodynamic and natural wine.
