Double Impact opened at 57 Rue Claude Rodier in the 9th, a climb from the Folies-Bergère toward Pigalle, as the first restaurant from chefs Etienne Dupuy and Mickael Robinault.
Dupuy cooked at Georges Blanc, then with Yannick Alléno, then Alinea in Chicago and Noma in Copenhagen; Robinault runs the room. The little-known fact is the friendship: they built the house after years on the road together, and the current menu is titled Chapter 1: The Odyssey — five courses at €75, seven at €95, Breton produce and travel memory on the same plate, thirty-six covers facing an open kitchen.
Sortir à Paris filed the opening in its 2026 new-restaurants guide. @doubleimpact.paris is the live camera for hours. The open kitchen is why you go; Rue Claude Rodier is why it feels like Paris.
