Clos opened in June 2026 at 164 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in the 8th, a quality bistro that Newtable filed among the summer’s new Paris tables, a short walk from the Élysée rather than from a tourist terrace.
The little-known fact is the sibling: Clos is the little brother of Biche. French cooking, a wine list written for the room, lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday — and behind a door, cocktails that will keep later than the last plate. The dining room is tables and banquettes, not a counter you eat standing up.
@clos.paris is the live camera for hours. restaurant-clos.com takes the booking. The bistro is why you go; the Faubourg is why it feels like Paris.
