Le Canard Sauvage opened in 2026 at 14 Boulevard de Strasbourg in the 10th, a new bistro from Greg Back and Raman Suzat of Les Pères Populaires, with chef Jack Bosco Baker — late of Magnolia and Robert — on a short French board that still finds room for snails and wild duck.

The little-known fact is the name. Canard sauvage is the bird, and Paris by Mouth told readers to order it. The dining room is a neighborhood bistro of tables and wood, Tuesday onwards. Le Fooding listed it among the 2026 Paris openings.
