Le Café en Rouje

Le Café en Rouje opened in late May 2026 at 11bis Rue Bachaumont in the 2nd, inside Jeanne Damas’s Rouje flagship, a fashion-house café for the brand’s tenth year rather than a separate restaurant with its own street door.

The little-known fact is the madeleine: the house pastry is written as a Proustian joke, coffee is Fève, tea is Le Parti du Thé, and the mocha is chocolate, beetroot-vanilla and Espelette.
